Damascus, Syria – Michael Enright turned his back on Hollywood to join the fight against militants of the radical group of the Islamic State (IS/ISIS).

The 51-year-old British actor has joined the ranks of the Kurdish forces in order to combat the radical group.

Enright has been in Syria for two months, receiving basic military training from the Kurdish fighters of the People’s Protection Units (YPG).

Instead of mixing with A-listers like Tom Cruise and Anne Hathaway at Hollywood parties, Enright, who has no military background, sleeps in mountains northeast of Syria, with a Kalashnikov rifle constantly at his side.

Despite his awareness about the Islamic State’s willingness to pay $100,000 for a Western hostage, Enright is still willing to take the risk of fighting against the radical group.

He calmly told the Daily Mail: “If I’m about to get caught, then you know, we keep one bullet back for ourselves.”

Our ummah counts 1.7 billion now, but in 30 years we will have 3.4 billion. Kurds who are responsible for supporting bush’s killing of over a million irakis will get their pay soon or later!
