DUHOK – A leading member of the Islamic State (ISIS) radical group with “direct” links to the ringleader of the Paris terror attacks was reportedly killed in an airstrike by the U.S.-led coalition in Syria.
The Pentagon confirmed on Tuesday the death of Charaffe al-Mouadan, a leading militant of ISIS, saying he was planning new terror attacks.
Al-Mouadan had direct links to Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the cell leader of Paris terror attacks –that killed 130 people and caused the injury of some 300 others on the evening of 13 November 2015.
